We have over 10,000 square feet of fitness floor and are a private membership gym with a capacity of 250 members so you can avoid the crowds, get the equipment you need when you need it, and enjoy your time at the gym. We have fitness options for anyone & everyone; including the best in strength & functional training equipment, a large selection of cardio machines, and designated yoga and reformer pilates studios (small group sessions are not included in membership pricing). Our focus is on a holistic approach to wellness that includes two private, by appointment only infrared saunas with red light therapy. We also have an in-house nutrition shop, Heartland Nutrition, serving high quality energy teas, recovery drinks, and protein shakes & coffee. Our expert personal training staff provide excellent personal training services, customized workout programs, and nutrition coaching if or when you need it.
