CrossFit Skylands is more than a gym. It’s a community of like-minded folks dedicated to achieving their fitness goals and fostering a supportive environment. We want to empower individuals to live healthier and fitter lifestyles, while surrounding them with some of the best friends they will ever have and providing our members with a home away from home. ​We invite you to come drop-in, check out the space, meet our members, and see what we are all about. We meet people where they are both physically and mentally, and partner with our members to provide coaching and accommodations for each individual’s needs. We look forward to meeting you!
