Mighty Fit SD strives to provide an effective, fun, and safe fitness environment so our members can live healthier lives. Mighty Fit SD prides itself on serving the needs and abilities of each member. Our classes host no more than 12 people and the intimate class sizes allow for personalized attention from the trainer. Our workouts combine moderate aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and high-intensity interval training through the week which has been shown to be crucial for health and longevity.
