Our mission is to help everyone make fitness a part of life by offering the best equipment and cleanest facility in the 870. We have cardio treadmills, stair climbers, ellipticals, recumbent/upright bikes and rowers. We have dumbbells 5-100 lbs, Half-Racks, Bench-press, Smith Machine, Leg Press, Hack Squats and selectorized machines for each muscle group with more than 1,000 sq. ft. of multi-functional space designed and equipped with everything needed for the most intense circuit training!
