*Women only studio* The Figure Studio is a safe space for women and girls to exercise, to socialize, to become part of a tight knit group taking action to gain control of their life. We offer dance and weight training classes daily, personal training, and private small group classes. We have helped hundreds of women build confidence through movement. We love to hang out & have fun with each other outside of the daily classes, so you can expect community outings (think hiking, zip lining, & bowling) and in-door activities (game night, karaoke) . On our mission of creating safe spaces for women and to support local small businesses, we host vendor markets too! The latest endeavor at TFS is a dance program for the girls in our community, sign up for updates here. At TFS, there is something for every woman!
