Saule Yoga Studio is a welcoming, community-centered yoga studio located on the NE corner of Lindsay and Williams Field in Gilbert, AZ. Our light-filled space is designed to feel calm, supportive, and inclusive from the moment you arrive. We offer a variety of non-heated, in-person classes including vinyasa, slow flow, restorative, meditation, yoga sculpt, and kids and family yoga. Our classes are accessible for all levels, whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice. We also host special events such as sound baths, yoga massage, and more.
