Blue Heart Studio is a yoga and Pilates studio located in the heart of San Antonio, inside Moxie Hair Salon and Spa. We are focused on the spiritual practice that is yoga, including asana, breath, meditation, and wisdom. Our classes cater to all levels of experience and our goal is to calm the central nervous system, strengthen the body and mind while allowing for expansion into spiritual wisdom.
