You can feel comfortable coming in and getting a challenging and rewarding workout, no matter what your fitness level. Every movement, every exercise, can be scaled to fit your ability. The workouts are short and high intensity, combining Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning (running, jump rope, rowing, biking). But first, we usually start the day with warm up and some strength training: back squats, push presses, snatches…whatever the programming calls for. We also incorporate mobility to keep the joints moving smoothly and to prevent injury. All this in a small group setting and completed in about an hour.
