Located at 1046 University Ave, Aerial Arts of Rochester offers a variety of fitness and performance arts classes for youth, teens and adults. Inspired by contemporary circus arts, you can explore aerial yoga, bungee fitness, pole dancing, trapeze and so much more. Introductory workshops are a great way to get started, but students are welcome to enroll into any level 1 class. You need to book to attend the activities.
