yogaQUEST was established in 2000 and is the only authentic Hot Yoga, 26&2 series, studio in Tulsa. Also, the only studio that offers Inferno Hot Pilates, and Hot Beats. Along with our heated room, yQ offers non-heated classes as well; Gentle +, Functional Movement For 50+, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. All of our instructors are well trained with over 10 years of teaching experience. They are dedicated, compassionate, and caring. Our common area is large and comfortable and, we have plenty of showers to go around with everything you need to freshen up after class but clean clothes. Experiencing yoga is personal…it is your journey and there is so much more to yoga than asana (postures). We are here to support and guide you. All levels are welcome, any age, any body type.
