Is this gym only for strong people? Yes, but not the way you may be thinking. We want people who have strong character and strong will. If you have those two things, the physical strength will come as a byproduct. Our goal is to be a home for fitness enthusiasts of all sorts, from people who want to lose weight, to fitness hobbyists, to competitive powerlifters, olympic lifters, bodybuilders, athletes, and everyone in between.
