Vivify is a fitness and nutrition program, designed for women. Our mission is to remove the obstacles many women encounter on their journey to improve their health. Our approach is built on three foundational pillars of support: personalized one-on-one coaching for every member, targeted full-body strength and conditioning workouts in supportive and motivating community.
