Westwood is a multi-avenue fitness facility. We offer 1-hour group training classes (CrossFit), 1 on 1 personal training, and full service gym access to accommodate your personal fitness goals. Westwood Crossfit is where we hold our group classes, while Westwood Fitness is our Full service gym access We encourage you to come check out our facility and try out a class.
