We’re not about the flash, the heat, or the hustle. We’re here for the folks who’ve spent years doing everything for everyone else—and are finally ready to come back to themselves. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or just haven’t found a studio that you connect with, you’re in the right place. Expect to breathe deeper, move with purpose, and start feeling like yourself again. We are located at 1620 US1 South, right on the border of Jupiter + Tequesta. With tons of free parking in our lot, you’ll find our studio on the 2nd floor on the east side of the building, just above Sutcliffe Vision. You need to book to attend the activities.
