We offer classes for all levels! Foundations focuses on form and tempo, and is great for all levels, but specifically those who are working on improving their technique. Classic Lagree is what would be considered "intermediate", you will find yourself in more challenging moves, but all our instructors are trained to help you find modifications that work best for you should you need it. Seasoned Peach is for our more practiced members and requires at least 25 Lagree classes taken before signing-up. All members taking this class should have their form down and know their modifications!
