Located just 0.3 miles from Walpole Town Hall, C2 Body – Walpole is a boutique Pilates studio specializing in small-group Reformer Pilates classes and private Pilates training. Our studio features professional STOTT PILATES® Reformers with integrated vertical towers, allowing for a wide range of precise strength, mobility, and core-focused exercises rooted in the original Pilates method. We intentionally keep our group classes small (just 8 reformers per class) so every client receives personalized instruction and thoughtful guidance from our experienced instructors. Important for new visitors: Our Pilates reformers are different from the Megaformers used at studios like Btone, Solidcore, and SLT. If you are new to Pilates or new to our equipment, we strongly recommend starting with a Beginner Reformer Pilates class so you can become familiar with the machine and foundational Pilates principles before progressing to other group classes.
