Homegrown Fitness + Recovery is an Adults-Only Boutique Gym and Spa. Our facilities are secured and include 24/7 private door access, lockers, a fully stocked gym with private restrooms and showers, and a front lobby with healthy snacks, beverages, and apparel for purchase. Our boutique spa includes infrared saunas, cold plunges, a cold shower, hot/cold showers with toiletries, spa lockers, and an upstairs relaxation lounge with snacks and beverages for purchase. No membership is needed to book into the spa as we offer 1hr and 2hr Passes. We also offer additional services that include Assisted Stretching & Percussive Therapy and Nutritional support, with no membership needed to enjoy these either. We pride ourselves on being the cleanest gym and spa in town and offer a welcoming and comfortable space for all!
