Ampz Fitness Farmington

Functional Fitness at Ampz Fitness helps you live a stronger and healthier life by helping you build muscle, coordination, balance, and endurance. Our classes are structured to help you achieve your best results. Classes run for about 50 minutes. Your coach will guide you through a warm up and demonstrate each movement. There will be groupings of 3-4 modules containing several exercises of strength or cardio. You can take a break anytime you like. No judgement. This is an ego-free gym.
