Looking to exercise from your home or where you feel most comfortable? Doug Milliron Training is the right choice for you! It offers stress relief, yoga, stretching, vinyasa yoga, power yoga, all virtual. My philosophy to working out is simple: Sweat, Laugh, Build. Each of my classes will move though your entire body, you will gain strength, flexibility and mindfulness. Usually, I start class off with a story, poem, or anecdote that helps to unify and lighten our time together. From there we will move and flow together as I guide you with cues, modifications and verb adjustments. You need to book in order to attend the classes.
