Our mission at Union is to serve our San Diego communities with high quality trauma-sensitive yoga and further yoga education. We are now in the neighborhood of Pacific Beach! We stand by three tenets: Inclusivity, Diversity, and Trauma Sensitivity. Our Teachers are some of the most celebrated yoga teachers in the city. Every teacher who teaches at Union Yoga is Trauma Sensitive Trained. We actively nurture an inclusive, diverse, trauma sensitive environment and the result is a safe place to explore the most emotionally engaging experiences, and stress coping tools that yoga can offer.
