Great water pressure with plenty of hot water. We feature a full suite of Precor weight systems, extensive free weights, and a comprehensive cardio zone including stair-steppers, rowers, and ellipticals. *Infrared sauna included (some places charge $15 per session)! AMP Fitness includes it! It is a dry heat. We only ask that you take your shoes off. Your phone will work in the sauna.
