Safe and empowering space to build strength, technique, and confidence. 🥋 Mixed Adult & Beginner Classes: For all levels — improve fitness, learn technique, and train in a supportive community. 🧘 Yoga on Saturdays: Great for recovery, flexibility, and mental balance. Enrollment Info: Your first payment includes the registration fee + the required uniform (gi), which is mandatory for class participation to ensure safety and hygiene.
