Green Lotus is women-owned, and has been offering yoga classes and healing services since 2007. Why Green Lotus? Because we are here to help you have your best experience on your mat. Our teachers tailor their classes to the students, rather than teaching from a script. We offer a wide range of classes from gentle, yin, restorative, to vinyasa flow and core strength. Green Lotus is more than a yoga center - we are an integrated wellness center offering a variety of classes, holistic events, and healing therapies such as massage, acupuncture, energy work, and more.
