VibeFlow, located in the Hazard Center in Mission Valley, is a revolutionary fitness/wellness/yoga concept that combines the technologies of whole-body vibration and audio immersion to create an exercise experience like no other. VibeFlow currently offers 3 types of classes. VINYASA, which is more of a traditional yoga flow, RESTORE, which incorporates more stretching and relaxation similar to a Yin style of yoga, and SHRED which is VibeFlow's version of yoga sculpt incorporating weights into the practice.
