Class Descriptions Pilates is a 45-minute low-impact class combines traditional mat pilates positions that focus on strengthening and stabilizing all muscle groups, with a specific focus on your trunk. Good core, back, hip strength, and stability allow you to safely move your body as you embark on the grand adventures your life is holding for you. WellBarre is a hybrid workout class that uses ballet conditioning with pilates, yoga, and strength training to create a dynamic and fun movement class! We welcome all levels of dance and fitness and hope that every student feels empowerment in their body and mind when they walk out of class. Yin/Vin is a beginner friendly class offers a balanced blend of Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Beginning with a gentle Vinyasa flow, you will warm up the body and build energy. Then transitioning into a calming Yin practice where poses are held for longer periods to encourage deeper stretching and relaxation. Throughout the class, the instructor provides guidance on proper alignment and explains benefits of each pose, helping students connect with their bodies while focusing on mindful breathing. Strength incorporates free weights and body weight into full-body movement, Strength focuses on balance, flexibility, and accessory muscles. Open to all fitness levels. Yoga Sculpt is a high-energy workout that combines traditional yoga poses with strength training exercises, using weights and cardio to build muscle, increase endurance, and boost metabolism. This practice enhances flexibility and mindfulness while providing a full-body workout. Slow Flow Yoga is a soothing and mindful class that guides practitioners to move at a comfortable and relaxed pace. With an emphasis on synchronized breath and fluid movements, this practice relieves tension and promotes a sense of calm while providing pockets of engagement to create a balanced and centered experience suitable for all levels. Deep Stretch Yoga is the perfect practice to simply unwind from your day or recover from strenuous exercise. It will help stretch tight muscles and joints and promote balance. Soulful Stretch provides a calm mind as you look inward connecting the breath to a series of poses that will increase your flexibility. Community Yoga is perfect for all levels, this classic hatha yoga class combines movement and breathwork to restore your entire being, on and off the mat. Rotating teachers makes each class unique!
