Our studio offers over 38 classes a week, including Bikram Yoga, Heated Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Hot Pilates, Yoga Sculpt, and more—giving you plenty of options to explore. Each class will challenge you in new ways, helping you build confidence, relieve stress, and improve overall well-being. Get ready to sweat, detox, and rejuvenate in a supportive and encouraging environment. We rent and sell yoga mats, towels, and water, so don’t worry if you forget anything. For optimal comfort, we recommend not eating anything heavy at least 2 hours before class. Booking needed to participate.
