4Fitness is a boutique studio offering fun fitness experiences in a fun, body-positive environment. All classes are beginner friendly yet challenging for experienced exercisers and have a maximum of 6 people. We offer unique classes like FLY Bungee, Flying Pilates, Surfset, ChopFit, Aerial Yoga, and more. Located 0.3 miles from Harborage Marina, just south of downtown with private parking. We use the back door located in the parking lot for entry.
