Tandem Cycle is the New Jersey Shore's premier fitness experience. We offer beat driven, invigorating classes that will leave you feeling better. Signature Cycle 45 + 60 - a 45 or 60-minute high intensity, cardiovascular and strength training ride that incorporates light weights, choreography and core work on the bike, all to the beat of the music. Beat Burn - beat driven, sculpting + strength training off of the bike. Please wear sneakers for this class, and note that these classes take place at our Beat Burn studio located at 114 4th Avenue (inside the Asbury Ocean Club building, we are on the north side of the building. Our entrance is directly east of the Ocean Club entrance). All of our classes are open to all levels. The difficulty level of the class is in your hands. The room is dark, the music is loud, the time is yours. We appreciate and acknowledge that our bodies feel differently every day - our goal is for you to leave the studio feeling better than you entered!
