Seven Studios offers a wide variety of classes including yoga, mat Pilates (sometimes with pups!), barre, strength, dance, restorative practices, and sound baths. For over 12 years, we’ve been grateful to create a welcoming community and are located on Grandview Avenue, with convenient free parking and a space where people of all fitness levels feel seen, supported, and inspired. We provide complimentary mats and water, and our certified instructors bring positive energy and encouragement to every class. You need to book to attend the activities.
