ROAM is a boutique fitness studio in Sandy Springs, offering two signature class formats: CARVE and CLIMB. Both methods are high-intensity yet low-impact, making them effective for all fitness levels. CARVE, a form of modern Pilates, focuses on strength training through a 45-minute muscle-sculpting workout designed to break down slow-twitch muscle fibers, pushing clients to second-stage muscle failure for maximum strength and toning. This is NOT classic Pilates. We are high-intensity, yet low-impact. Be prepared to sweat and shake! Grip socks are required for all CARVE classes and available for purchase at the front desk. A physical credit card is needed. CLIMB is a 30-minute, rhythm-based class performed on the VersaClimber, delivering a high-energy, full-body cardio workout that builds endurance and power. All levels of fitness are welcome. Sneakers are needed! We offer towels and have a water bottle filling station available.
