Sunbeam Yoga Studio is a community focused sanctuary. We believe strongly in the power of moving, breathing, and being together in shared space. We welcome all ages, identities, and abilities to join us exactly as you are. Our broad range of offerings are designed to support all levels of practice — from deeply restorative to progression focused allowing you to find what feels best in your body day to day. All instruction is given from a trauma-informed lens so you can flow and move freely. We offer yoga, Pilates, meditation, ritual sits, and many other events for you to explore! We are also deeply committed to the expansion of access and education around yoga and wellness. We regularly host free classes and events to support this in addition to partnering with other local businesses and organizations with the hope of creating a kinder, more compassionate world.
