Welcome to Shine Yoga Studio! I’m Jenny Mallat, Owner and E-RYT200 (YA) Instructor. I began practicing yoga 13 years ago and I knew immediately that I wanted to make yoga a lifelong practice! I also wanted to share the wonderful benefits I was experiencing with others! In the fall of 2017, I began my training to become a YA certified yoga teacher. The timing was perfect as it filled the in gap of my new status as an “empty nester”. It’s been a great transition from home schooling to teaching yoga – and I haven’t even had to change my pants! Continuing education is a fundamental part of my practice and my teaching. In early 2019, I furthered my Yoga training and earned a certification in Chair Yoga (YA). In 2020, I completed a Teaching Workshop with Kristin Gibowicz and in 2021 I completed a Sequencing Workshop with Rachel Scott. ​I am so grateful for the opportunity to be on the path to physical, mental, and spiritual wellness with you! I pray that your every experience at Shine will be full joy, perseverance, and renewal!
