The Wellness Zone is a Private Fitness Training Studio in the Denver Tech Centre! We operate by appointment only so please email or call and let us know your ideal days and times to meet with a Trainer and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. You will start with a 1-on-1 appointment ( or more if you want to bring a friend or fellow employee) and then you can continue with Semi-private or Group Training.
