Our method of teaching is based on classical Pilates, but on steroids….and caffeine. Think resistance training, with attention to flexibility and proper Pilates form, to safely push your itty-bitty muscles to their limits. Every class is fast-paced, high intensity, low impact, and VERY efficient. You'll quickly become addicted to the full body burn that each class provides, as you begin to see your body composition and posture quickly improve. Each station is complete with a Merrithew V2Max reformer, a Cadillac tower, and also a Stability Chair. Our mega-watt sound system and upbeat playlists set the best vibe that'll encourage you to workout to your full potential. Additionally, we provide free secured parking to clients, which is a rarity in LA! You'll receive parking instructions in your confirmation e-mail. You're also welcome to a complimentary water with every class, and we provide towels. We only want the best of the best for our peeps.
