Momentum CDM is a community-driven strength & conditioning gym offering open gym access, coached small-group training, and recovery services. Members train in a fully equipped environment supported by experienced coaches and a culture built around long-term consistency. In addition to open gym, Momentum offers small-group strength and conditioning practices and a dedicated recovery space including infrared sauna, cold plunge, and compression.
