What makes this place unique? We are a multi-level, 8,000 square foot facility located in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem. We offer training options for people of all fitness levels and for a variety of goals. Our Ignite classes do not use the barbell, whereas our Power classes do. What can first-time customers expect by attending? Please call before coming in for your first class. We are excited to meet you! We'll get you set up in our system and have you sign a waiver. Your Wellhub membership will get you into any of our classes and open gym.
