Move your body. Still your mind. The Move Therapy and Wellness yoga studio offers yoga classes, workshops and therapeutic groups led by Certified Yoga Teachers and Licensed Clinical Psychotherapists. At Move, we understand that emotional states are experienced in the body. Our classes use breath, sensation, and movement as tools for awareness and regulation—helping you notice what’s present, respond with care, and build a steadier relationship with yourself over time. Each class offers a different entry point into mind–body practice, designed to support how you’re feeling.
