Our group training sessions take the thinking out of it for you. Our sessions are progressive and 30 minutes each so you won't want to miss! No more figuring out what shoulder workout or leg workout you need to do. Check out the workout focus and catch a different body part for each training session. Our small group training sessions provide a personal trainer for less than half the price of a one-on-one session.
