Our studio offers a unique fitness experience designed to cater to both men and women of all ages and fitness levels. Our infrared sauna workouts provide numerous health benefits, including enhanced calorie burn, cellulite reduction, improved circulation, increased detoxification, and faster muscle recovery. We offer 12 virtually instructed classes including Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Isometric, Hot Stretch, Hot Barre, Hot Cycle, Hot Rowing and more! Our classes are 15-minute HIIT sessions or 30-minute Isometric classes. We have a functional exercise zone with free weights, medicine balls, kettle bells and more.
