K.I.S.S. Yoga was established to share yoga not only as a way to stay healthy and fit, but as a way of life as it should be lived. We encourage everyone to feel connected to each other and to operate from a place of loving kindness to themselves and others. Our classes and teachers are diverse and unique. We offer Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and much more. All are taught in an adaptive and supportive environment.
