Located in the heart of the NoHo Arts District at 5116 Lankershim Blvd., North Hollywood CA 91601. Just a few short blocks south of Magnolia. The studio is designed to be a place for hard work and fun. A place to make community, and remake ourselves into our best version - through the powerful practices of yoga, pilates and the healing powers of sound and aromatherapy. We teach classical pilates here because this version of Pilates, has changed my life and that of my clients - pain relief, greater mobility, strength, and balance.
