GLAMBOD PILATES is an exclusive boutique Pilates Studio located in the heart of Doral. We offer classes focused on traditional Pilates movements and Gymnastics Strength & Conditioning exercises on the Pilates Reformer Machine. Classes are limited to only 6 members, allowing the instructor to focus on each member and personalize the workout. This allows members of all levels including beginner, intermediate, and advanced to participate.
