SoCal TTC offers a dedicated Adult Open Gym every Saturday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, providing a premier 14,000-square-foot facility for athletes of all skill levels. Participants gain full access to Olympic-grade trampolines, tumble tracks, and professional cheer floors to practice tumbling or general conditioning at their own pace. This supervised, self-directed session is an ideal way for adults to build functional strength and master new skills in a high-energy, non-traditional gym environment.
