Bikram Yoga is a life transforming experience. It is a therapeutic sequence of 26 asanas and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. It has a profound affect on ringing out your internal organs and resetting your nervous system. When your body is at ease, your mind will be too.Pre-registration is preferred but not required.
