Since then it has served its community and grown alongside it. Originally a one room fitness center, Lifestyle now offers a wide array of equipment and services, group classes for all fitness levels, steam rooms and dry saunas, personal training services, and even boasts the only indoor heated pool in the county. ​ At Lifestyle Wellness, we believe that fitness is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.
