HI there! My name is Dana and I am a certified Balanced Body instructor who is also pre/post natal certified. I offer creative, motivating, low impact and high energy Pilates inspired classes that will strengthen and challenge mind and body. It is Pilates like you have never seen before! I have been teaching Pilates since 2016 and practicing Pilates since 2012. Pilates quite literally changed my life. I was able to heal myself from ongoing pain and discomfort and transform my body in a way I had never before achieved. Through practicing Pilates, I completely shifted my fitness routine from heavy cardio to slower, more controlled movements. I was able to tone up and strengthen muscles I had neglected and also felt so much more grounded and connected to myself. As an instructor, my goal is to bring you home to your bodies in in every single class whether live or on demand. Expect fun and challenging workouts and get ready to WORK because no two classes are ever the same. Get ready to deepen your strength, move more mindfully, and celebrate the amazing body you have.
