There's enough noise and stimulation and stuff out in the world, in our everyday lives. Unwind Yoga Meditation came to be, first as a dream to provide a physical space in which people can connect, whether it be with themselves and/or with others. We need both light and dark, yang with the yin. The mission of UYM is to be a space of tranquility with minimal distractions to balance all the noise and stuff. By providing a variety of yoga and meditation modalities, our hope is to have a style that resonates and works for any one and any body. The schedule is curated with intention to provide as many opportunities to develop a practice that works for you, whether it be one class a week, or two, or five...there is no right or wrong, only different. ​Our teachers are expert in their respective niche(s) and are dedicated to empowering the collective through transformative practice(s). In short, UYM is simply a space to take a breath, to reset, rest, recharge, to realize any wounds, that we may be wound up, and from knowing, then, we can undo, untie, unwind~
