Our Mission is to offer an unparalleled strength and conditioning service to the Fayette County area. DSSC is a private, instruction based strength and conditioning facility that offers personal and small group training for kids to adults, novice to experienced. DSSC offers a variety of programs: CrossFit, CrossFit Kids, weightlifting, Endurance, Strength, personal training, prenatal and postpartum fitness for moms as well as health coaching.
