Workshop Pilates Gilbert is a dual studio offering both reformer Pilates and their signature 105° heated mat classes. Expect dynamic, music-driven workouts designed to build strength, endurance, and control. Heated mat classes deliver an intense sweat while improving flexibility and stamina, while reformer classes focus on controlled resistance training for total-body strength and alignment. Their experienced instructors guide every class in a welcoming, high-energy environment that keeps clients coming back. Workshop Pilates Gilbert is located just north of San Tan Village at 1835 S Santan Village Pkwy. Suite 109, Gilbert, AZ 85295. Their suite can be found in building R4 on the north end of the development. Their center is currently still under construction. Limited parking is available directly around the studio, with overflow parking available near Main Event and Springhill Suites. Once their neighbors are finished with construction, there will be much more parking available! They appreciate your patience.
