Comedy is a great way to take fitness seriously! What can first time customers expect by attending? First time students can show up with ZERO equipment but for best results come in with 1 or more of the following: FOAM ROLL, comfortable exercise clothing; not too baggy due to my need to see your proper form. Classes are 50-60 minutes depending on size and group level. I train all levels in all classes, offering variations and options for new to advanced students. I will also do a complimentary tutorial pre-class for those new to Comedy Pilates (Comedy with Muscle)
